mango melt

2 large slices of ciabatta
Clove of garlic
1 tablespoon Mrs Massey’s Delightful drizzling oil
100g stilton cheese
3 tablespoons Mrs Massey’s Mesmerising Mango Chutney

Rub bread with garlic clove and drizzle with oil and grill lightly Remove from grill, cover with generous amounts of chutney and grate over stilton, return to grill and allow cheese to melt and go golden. Serve immediately and enjoy!!!

This can be done on smaller pieces and served as a delicious canapé.
