2 beef fillet tail ends
2 French sticks
Perky piri piri spice rub
Ravishing red onion relish
1 bay gem lettuce
1 beef tomato
Delightful Drizzling Oil
Take the fillet tails and rub with oil then roll in the piri piri spice rub, place to one side.
Split open French stick and drizzle with oil. Pop under grill and gently toast the roll. Keep warm. Char grill the steak how you like it, slice the tomato, lay on base of grilled French bread slick, slice beef fillet place on tomato, cover with generous amounts of red onion relish.
Put top of French stick on, cut in half and serve with dressed side salad, delicious!
