home made smokey burgers

16oz extra lean beef mince
4 oz finely chopped shallot
1 crushed garlic clove
50mls Barbeque Baster
Salt & Pepper

Mix all the above in a bowl - hands are best for this! Form into 4 or 6 burgers and place in the fridge to firm and marinate.

Place on barbeque or griddle and cook to your taste, serve in a bun with tempting tomato relish and melted cheese, or how you would like it.
